Mortgage Reposession - 4-5 yrs PQE/Manager - Manchester
Senior mortgage repossession fee earner (ideally a solicitor 4 – 5 yrs PQE or equivalent) required to manage and oversee 8 fee earners in the department and be able to run a case load of defended actions. The team act exclusively on the behalf of organisations who secure their loans against property, from non-mainstream and specialist lenders through to high street banks. The team’s experience covers all property types including residential property, commercial property (including a broad variety of different leisure applications such golf clubs and nightclubs), industrial sites, developments and redevelopments. Their expertise enables them to assist with mortgages, re-mortgages, bridging finance, development finance and mezzanine finance.
