Professional Negligence NQ Bristol **1yr contract**
An exciting opportunity has arisen at one of the Top 100 firms in Bristol to join their Professional Negligence team. The role involves acting for mortgage lenders and banks in relation to their professional negligence claims against solicitors, surveyors and mortgage brokers. You will be running your own caseload and assisting partners on larger cases and be actively involved in business development activities. This role would suit a newly qualified solicitor who has completed a seat within this area and is looking to pursue a career in this field. Please note this is a 1 year fixed term contract.
