In-House Employment Counsel - Based in London - Competitive Salary + Benefits.
My Client is a huge global force, they are looking to recruit an Employment Attorney to be based at its London office. you would be responsible for employment related legal matters affecting operations throughout Europe.
Primary responsibilities will be to provide advice and counsel to management and Human Resource professionals on a broad range of employment issues including: recruiting; hiring; employee relations; discipline and terminations; internal investigations; employee tribunals, employee privacy matters and works councils. In addition, the responsibilities will include preparing and conducting employment law training programs for HR and management, formulating and revising HR policies, and managing outside counsel on employment litigation matters.
7+ experience in providing multi-national organisations and complex multi jurisdictional projects.
Fluency in French and/or German is highly desired although not essential.
